    With extensive experience coaching endurance athletes across triathlon, swimming, cycling, and running. Alongside his coaching work, he is a Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Science and an active coach educator and mentor. This means you get practical, real-world coaching underpinned by strong scientific understanding.

    With over 20 years in endurance training, Chris is a Level 3 PT who genuinely loves helping athletes get the best out of themselves. He’s got a sharp eye for detail and a talent for building high-performance plans that feel personal, practical, and perfectly matched to each athlete’s goals.
